SHIPPING

• Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be prepared & packed, ready to be dispatched. Your order will be packed in a box & bubble mailer to protect your jewellery while in transit.

• Orders will be sent using Australia Post Standard mail with tracking- shipping upgrades are available at checkout- please be aware that shipping upgrades only speeds up the delivery time & not the processing time to ship your order

• POMALO offers FLAT RATE shipping- purchase multiple items & pay one flat price

Domestic Shipping AUSTRALIA

Standard Shipping- $10.00 AUD- allow up to 2-8 business days for delivery

Express Shipping- $13.00 AUD- allow up to 1-4 business days for delivery

• International Shipping UNITED STATES

Standard Shipping- $26.00 AUD - allow up to 6-10 business days for delivery

Express Shipping- $40.00 AUD- allow up to 3-7 business days for delivery

• Before you checkout, it is important you make sure all the details you provide are correct as I will not be held responsible for missing or delayed items due to incorrect address or information provided.

• Delivery information cannot be changed or updated once your item has been shipped.

• If a parcel is returned because it was not collected, it is the customers responsibility to pay for any postage or return costs incurred & for your parcel to be resent. 

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive the tracking number via email if you provided that at checkout for you to monitor its progress.

• I will not be held responsible for the parcel once it has been scanned by Australia Post & dispatched.

• Delays or missing parcels are beyond my control once the item has been shipped, but please notify me of any concerns you may have & keep an eye on the tracking number to monitor your parcels progress.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• If there is any issue with your purchase please contact me & I will do my best to resolve the issue on a case by case basis. 

• Unfortunately, I do not offer refunds or exchanges on the items unless they are deemed faulty. 

• A refund will not be issued if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, or misused the product causing damage.

• Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

• Please choose carefully & read the description & measurements provided- I try my best to include as much information that is needed in making your decision to purchase, but if you are still unsure before purchasing, feel free to get in touch & ask me a question, I'm happy to help you get the right purchase made especially for you!
